Quail sick?

My quail is painting and sluggish also keeps jerking its head around what is wrong and how do I fix it

I think they are about 2 weeks old im not sure if its too hot

So is it walking? My quail chicks are continually falling asleep in awkward positions and keep making me think we lost one! Will it walk when you push it along?

What are you feeding them? I see full size pellets, and those might be too big for it to eat.
