quail snacks....

Alrighty, just wondering what kinda snacks quails can have, i know about the hard boil eggs and cucumbers stuff like that

i have a garden on the side of my house with plenty of lettuce, cucs, peppers(highly doubt thats good for quail lol), radish's, tomatos, and some herbs

anything else anyone know of that most people have lying around their house, cereals maybe, crushed up old chips or something?

fresh produce is good for them but not the cereals,bread,chips,etc

Quail love all sorts of veggies, sprouts, lettuces, meal worms, (live or dried), pine nuts, peanuts and pistachios broken up, apples, peaches, nectarines, and small bird seeds. They go nuts for peas in the pod!

I am sure I am missing a few things that they love, but experiement with them to see what they crave.
