Hello,
Since I believe this belongs in bot Peafowl and Quail. I am going to change what I ask around so I can post it in both places.

In the spring, when I have peafowl eggs. I'm trading them with a member on here, for Jumbo Brown Coturnix quail. What we would like to know what is equal to what, So neither of us is scammed out of eggs.

One dozen Coturnix Jumbo quail egg = how many peafowl eggs?

Thanks
Noah

In our part of the country, 1 day old blue india peachick starts at $25. The fancier the peafowl, the higher the cost. A 1 day old quail goes for $2 you can do the math to figure out what is right. Hope this helps.

I have seen peafowl eggs go from 12.00(usually India Blue) each and up, again according to the variety.

The lowest price I've seen for peafowl eggs online is about $10 per egg. Coturnix eggs generally go for $3-$6 a dozen.
