Quail with Pigeons?

So I'm building my Pigeon Loft which is a 12 x 12 Feet, It's large but I was wanting to know, I'm planning on Putting Coturnix Quail with my Pigeons, But could Bobwhite be fine in with them to? I've seen people keep Coturnix and Bobwhite together and the Pigeons will be up high and not really on the ground, Would they be alright all together?

Gamebirds should not be in the same pen as other poultry...the reason being, other poultry can carry diseases that they can tolerate but will kill gamebirds in a quick chilly minute.

I've seen people keep pheasants and quail with pigeons. I had my coturnix with my pigeons for a while, they were fine.
