Quail with sunk in stomach? Help emergency!

My on quail has a sunk in stomach...her bone sticks right out...

What can I do to help her out?

I can't tell from the pics, but do you mean her breastbone, or keel? If that's the case, she probably has worms. Give them all a bit if wazine wormer if you have it, put some ACV in their water, and mix some food-grade DE in their feed.
 
I've seen post that suggest red pepper as a wormer for chickens. Does anyone think that would work for quail also?
 
I really don't think it's worms...

She isn't eating and her poop looks okay no worms...just greenish poop.

She looks tired and doesn't move much. I have separated her from the flock.

What can I do for her?

I haven't tried but I did give some to my birds & they about mow you down when they see that bottle.

Yes, i agree i think it's worms. LIke the one above me said, if you SEE worms that's when they are so loaded its almost the end of the road. I'd worm her. ALso, i dont really see what you're talking about
