quail with weird symptom????

i have a baby quail that its head is rolling around like it cant hold it up on its on. doesnt seem to be able to stand on its on. now is listless. was fine yesterday then really late last night didnt seem to have energy at all. the other little baby is doing fine. no symptoms. any ideas what it might be or what i can do for it? i hope ive provided enough info.

well it is now in the midst of dying. its gasping for its final breathes.

I'm sorry. Sometimes they just fail to thrive. I had one that his head was pulling under and he was actually doing flips, had no control over his body. I put duct tape around his neck so that it would quit drawing under and he is now 1 month old. So, if you have another one doing that, you might try the duct tape.
