ive tried hatching many qail mostly bobwhite i want to hatch some more to so every time i get them under the light they live for about 2 days i dont know why can you please help me?

We'd need a bit more information. Are they getting wet, in the waterer? What are you feeding them? What temperature are you keeping the brooder? Is the brooder protected from drafts?

i feed them chickstarter toasted bread and boiled eggs not with the shell. I have a clear container with a light and no top on it

Quail need wild game bird starter its higher in protein. some chick started is also medicated which is bad for quail. Try changing your feed. I would also hold off of giving treats such as bread and boiled up eggs until their older.
Have you ever checked the temperature inside your brooder down at their level? it should be ~95 degrees for the first week then 90 the second and keep dropping 5 degrees a week until they dont need the lamp for heat anylonger.
