anyoone had any experiance raising quail? what do they eat, what kind of shelter, are their eggs edible, do they stick around if allowed to forage?

We must all need to hatch some more quail chicks to keep us busier...

I'm hatching 17 out so far. Afraid to go to bed, last night the humidity dropped can't happen tonight when their hatching.
Yep, they'll keep me busy once they pop out and decide to play.
