If you want them in the raised coop, you can just scoop them up and put them in there. Maybe leave them in there a day and make sure the food and water is in there, then they'll hopefully learn to go inside for themselves. If it's too cold outside for them you should probably lock them in so they can't go out and freeze themselves to death. They are teenage birds, they are not going to be good at decision making, lol. That's where you come in!

It's so hard to scoop them in they run like crazy and they hide under the coop and I can't reach there. The temperature is around 56 degrees at the lowest tonight but I think being under the coop keeps them warm

As I've mentioned before button quail do not do well in temps below 40 without heat. They are native to SE Asia.

Birds do have senses other than sight, and they can probably smell the water if it's in the coop. Some of them might venture up there and learn to use the ramp, others won't.

PS if the water is up there and they haven't all been going in, and you can't get them in there, make sure they have a source where they actually are. They're not going to last long if they can't find water.

I can smell water if there's enough of it and it's near enough. Most animals can smell it better than humans can.

Is it possible to put some kind of lightsource inside the raised coop? When it gets too dark outside they'll probably be drawn towards the light and just walk in there by themselves.
