Quails running backwards!?

OK, So my quails are 2 weeks old and started running backwards. From this article it sounded scary and I am not sure if there is a cure.

What do you feed them?
And can you post a picture of their cage?

It is also possible that they are molting feathers on their face or got shavings or sand on their face and just trying to as a sort of “back out” of it... may not necessarily be a health issue????

I feed them high quality turkey starter, as it has 25% proteins, + I give them hard boiled eggs and lettuce, so I don't think it is food related. I put some padding on the ceiling of the cage on the inside and I'll keep an eye on them..
