Quail's wings are shivering?

Update: She finished the course of azithromycin but still shivers. The vet thinks it could be anxiety due to my presence, so he said to just monitor for now. Otherwise, she seems healthy.

I added a bunch of cardboard walls to the dog crate so that I could fill it with shavings and go into the cage less frequently (newspaper had to be changed every day). Hopefully this helps both of them.
