I have to agree with Kim and monarc, if you get into quail or chickens for the purpose of making money, you will probaly be dissapointed. The best you should hope for is to sell enough to pay for feed and such. If you end up in the plus, then thats a bonus.

I incubate my button eggs a slightly lower temp and higher humidity than I do chickens. They hatch on day 16, stop turning on day 14. For larger quail I don't know but I would try the same since I think the small eggs with larger yolks compared to chicken eggs do not hold or need to lose as much moisture during incubation.
