It's not just egg grading, but also past laying of hens and carcass grading, but you can focus on the egg grading if you want.

Lots of photos and ten second (thereabouts) videos of different eggs for you to try your hand at.

I've spent hours with this site and it has really gotten me to look at the quality of the eggs we are producing.
