This is my 2016 breeding stock. I feel that this year's roo is my best yet, so I'm super excited to see what comes up!
 
I sell eggs starting in January. I ask $300 for 8+ eggs (usually 12 or 13). Please PM if interested.
 
As with any fibromelanistic bird, expression of fibro depends on a bunch of things, not the least of which is how many copies of the Fm gene they get. Expression is also affected by feather color, a fibro-inhibitive gene, the presence of dominant white, sex-linked factors - lots of things. So can they be as dark? Yes. But it's not a black or white issue, forgive the pun.
