I noticed recently that my Rhode Island Red's comb has flopped over. You can see a pic here:

This is tandoori, and she just laid her first egg today. I noticed the flopping yesterday, after about two weeks of minimal time outside due to weather. The girls didn't want to go outside until yesterday, but they seem like they're raring to go now. Could this be due to her hormones from beginning ovulating, or maybe it's due to the lack of sunlight and green grass, or is it possibly something else? May she have gotten frostbite during the cold weather? Maybe a nutritional deficiency?
Other than the comb she seems very happy and normal. She comes up for pets and she ran around with the other girls all day today.
