Question about a failure to thrive chick

Hello. I have a failure to strive chick. He's not eating but drinks a lot. This is day two. He is drinling save a chick probiotics and electrolytes. He doesn't walk when he's with the others but when I hold him he walks around and cheeps. He seems almost dizzy . Any idea how I could help him? His name is Percy and I love him. I'd like to be able to help him along.
