Silkies4life - I'm going to question you a bit, all in the name of making sure facts are strait...
First - about the teeth - no goat I've ever met had top incisors...are you talking about molars? In my experience, goats are born with a full set of milk teeth, so this wouldn't assist in aging them.
Second - medicated goat feed won't take care of intestinal parasites. It can only prevent cocci, not even treat for it. If the doeling in question has either cocci or worms, medicated feed isn't going to help.
Third - all of my kids have 'hard' hooves about 12 hours after birth. Once again, I don't see how this could help.
Fourth (and I could be wrong on this one) I think goats milk is actually higher in fat. Cow's milk is great for bottle raising kids - I've even used half and half with excellent results (because of the increased fat).
