Ok so the yesterday your silly alert was at 2:16 which means 4:16 for me.
I didn't like anything of yours at that time.

Happens to me on occasion when I go outside and I’m barely picking up WiFi and the phone won’t switch to cellular until I get totally out of reach of the WiFi.
