This does look like angel wing. What bandaging materials can you get from the pharmacy? Any of these will work:

Angel Wing
Thank you so much this is very helpful!!Before you pay for a vet, I would try wrapping for a couple of days. I have had ducklings look like yours and after a few days they are fine. When they don’t have the wrap on, be sure they are getting exercise like swim time. I personally think this can happen from them laying around eating and not exercising. It’s like a kid sitting in front of the tv playing video games all day. Their muscles are weak from lack of use.
Thank you so much!! I have some pretty difficult wigglers it’s almost impossible for some and their toenails have been tearing me up when the wrap I got didn’t even hold with tape. You can use a sock with the foot part cut off. Just try some different size socks till you get the right size for each duck. Much easier than wrapping and it works great. Here’s my duck poppy in her sock when she had angel wing .

Thete is no evidence that angel wing is caused by too much protein, although that is a too common duck-keepers "old wives tail". The only evidence about causation is epidemiological. Angel wing is most common in ducks living in parks and on public waterways where they are fed bread amd ither carbohydrates rich nutritionally poor food. There is likely an underlying genetic susceptibility accounting for some domestic ducks on good diets developing angel wing. But that is circumstantial.Angel wing usually happens with to much protein.
How much protein is in your feed?
Also are you planning on cleaning the brooder soon?
All of my ducklings get 27% turkey starter, and none of them have angel wing. I think I remember reading that angel wing & perosis may have a similar cause. Let me see if I can find that article.Thete is no evidence that angel wing is caused by too much protein, although that is a too common duck-keepers "old wives tail". Certainly back yard duck keepers should not be made to blame themselves when their ducklings get angel wing
