so Roxy is still doing fine, still has no respiratory effects or difficulty eating or drinking. The wattles are a little less purple and her face is a bit more red. Her comb is still bright red. The wattles are still swollen and warm to touch so we have continued with the Benadryl (only 4 doses total today). We went ahead and brought her back in to the house for the night. I will give her one last dose in the morning and let her back out in the yard.
I still think it is most likely a sting of some sort. Oh, and I have found that Roxy seems to have an affinity for children's Benadryl!
