Question about colors?

I don't know much about color genetics so bare with me.
Toulouse geese are all about the same color, what code is their color? You know brown on top and their undersides white.
If you breed a Toulouse goose with an Embden, will the toulouse brown/gray show up more than the white on the Embden? Is white more dominant than brown/gray?

If someone could explain this, it would really help! Thanks!

Yes the white is dominant over brown and the males will be white with a few grey feathers here and there or you can have the odd Lavender gander and the females will be either white,pied or all brown.

How can you get Lavender from white and brown?

Same why as when you mix brown paint with white paint.
It just happens but you can also get the odd brown male.
