I noticed my RIR pullet (32 weeks approx) has a smaller comb than my other RIR. They were purchased at the same time 20 weeks. She stopped laying about 3 weeks ago. I've checked her over and see no problems. She eats and drinks well and is on a great layer feed. The other RIR that lays daily seemed to grow her comb in the last week or two. It is double the size of my other girl. Any ideas. I'm thinking she is starting a small molt since I'm seeing a few dozen feathers daily now.

As long as she seems well - I would say there's naught to be concerned about.
They all progress in different stages.
With no eggs - could be molt or even the heat??
