QUESTION about cost of fertilized eggs...how much can you sell a doz.

of chicken eggs for? I usually sell mine for $2.00. Should I be asking for more? Or does it depend on what you are selling? DJ

Breed is a determining factor, I think. Also quality of the birds.

I usually just give away eating eggs, but $2/doz sounds about right. If I was selling hatching eggs, I'd sell for at least $5/doz, even though they were the same eggs. It's all about value to the beholder.
