Question about crossing

If I mix rooster from breed A with a hen from breed B for sure I will get breed C but what I will get if I will switch the breeds like I will use rooster from breed B with a hen from breed A? I will get breed C or breed D?

What you will get in either case is a hybrid or cross-breed, not a breed.

I know that it's will be a hybrid but my question if the hybrid will be the same if I will switch the breeds?

Sometimes yes, some times no. You can get sex links from certain paors, but reversing those pairs will not get you a sexlink
