You can buy a domain with hostmonster.com, etc and then use Joomla templates to build your website. Joomla is pretty user friendly interface, and it has some of the most professional website templates. This is of course my opinion, but a lot of people would agree that Joomla is really good for building a website. All you really need to do is put the text in the correct places and install your template. If you're interested send me an IM and I'll try to help you out to the best of my knowledge.
