Question about Dusting Ducks

Do you need to dust ducks for pests like you do for chickens for feather mites?

Due to spending so much time in water many ducks dont suffer the same parasites as chickens- but certainly they can get them. I have issues with wild sparrows and pigeons in my yard so regularly check my ducks and treat if necessary.
