I hatched nine EE mixes last summer, and I was curious about this too. I found that there's no leg color/egg color correlation, but there WAS a correlation between the comb type and the egg color. Pea combs made blue/green eggs, and single combs were brown eggs. Only exception I had was when I bought five EE hens from a lady, all with pea combs. One of them does lay brown eggs...
Here are the results I got ("Fly" hatched from a green egg, the rest from brown, and the sires were all half EE)...
"Amber" - single comb - green legs - brown eggs
"Michelle" - single comb - green legs - brown eggs
"Sedona" - single comb - slate legs - brown eggs
"Blue Belle" - pea comb - slate legs - blue/green eggs
"Fly" - single comb - green legs - brown eggs
"Shikaka" - single comb - green legs - brown eggs
#7 - single comb - slate legs - brown eggs
#8 - single comb - yellow legs - brown eggs
#9 - pea comb - yellow legs - blue/green eggs (she died laying her first egg.
It seemed like she wasn't built right inside.)
