Question about egg colours and hatching them

Hi, if you breed any kind of rooster( mixed or purebred) with lets say araucana, ameraucana or EE, will their offspring lay same coloured egg as mom? And can that be added for other breed such as like marans, leghorns.. Thanks.

Nope, they hen chicks will get the genes from the the father too so they egg color will be different.
A blue egg mom +a white egg dad= lighter blue
A blue egg mom + a brown egg dad = a green/olive egg
