Question about egg production in Jersey Giant/Leghorn X's

I have a few chicks from a Jersey Giant Roo over hens hatched from store-bought fertile eggs (leghorn crosses probably).

What kind of egg production do you think I will get from these chicks?

Will they be as reliable as the leghorns?

I am thinking the eggs will be a very light brown...

Any thoughts?

They will be great layers, and may be good meat birds (hybrid vigor)
