question about eggs

I opend a cracked egg I got for hatching and it didnt have a bullseye persay but did have a small white dot/bump besides the cord part. Now does this mean it was fertel or no cuase if it does then the eggs I bought at the store last time are too cause some of htem had teh same little white dot /bump on them

From what I've learned on byc it's almost impossible to tell a fertil from a unfirtil egg if you crack open fresh ones.

If it's just a little white "blob", it's infertile, if it's got a bullseye, it is fertile.

whats a bullseye on a fertile egg? And how do you test for it?

A bullseye is a spot on the yolk that looks like a bullseye , I have seen them and know what they look like , I was just in denial as I ddint want this beutifull egg someone so carefully packaged and shipped to me to be infertal. And I havent seen many of those bumps dots ,,,, wonder what they are
