Question about Geese Incubation

Hello, I recently just got some Embden Geese eggs, which I am currently incubating. Since I am new to this, I am having a little bit of trouble controlling the humidity within the incubator. I'm doing everything I can to try and decrease the humidity, but it keeps staying around 80%-85%. I've tried putting ice cubes in the incubator, adding in cold water, setting up a humidifier within the room, but it seems to only lower the humidity down to around 50% for only 30 minutes at most before going back up to 80%. Is there anything else I can do to help lower the humidity in the incubator? Thanks in advance!

Thank you! Also do I have to clean the geese eggs at all? And do I have to spray water on the eggs every day?

Go to top of goose forum on left side of page you’ll see sticky’s click on that and you’ll see links one will take you to Pete’s Guide to hatch water fowl eggs. Excuse me it’s called Waterfowl incubation guide.
