does anyone know a website that will tell me this info below

I breed a Cuckoo maran rooster to a black maran rooster and we got chicks I saved one of the the roosters
so the new rooster is 1/2 cuckoo and 1/2 black
he only has one or two black feathers and the rest are cuckoo
So my questions is
is there any thing i can use to find out what a 1/2 cuckoo maran/ 1/2black maran rooster breeding to a 100% black maran so I can figure out the results plus with other results with him?

:bow If you pulled off breeding two roosters then you're a better breeder then myself.

A 1/2 cuckoo 1/2 black rooster is a single gene cuckoo and when breed to black about 1/2 offspring will be cuckoo and about 1/2 will be black.
All cuckoo males will be single gene cuckoo like their father.

Sorry iment to say hen on that one
i was saying if i breed the rooster that is 1/2 cuckoo and 1/2 black to a 100% black maran hen what will the results be is there a website where i can find that out

This is what i was thinking
Rooster - (1/2 cuckoo and 1/2 black) but only shows his cuckoo side
Hen (100% black)
Will the results for the chicks be black becasue the chicks would have 75% black and 25% cuckoo

Doesn't work like that.
A black and a cuckoo are the same except the cuckoo has cuckoo genes and the blacks have non cuckoo genes.
Or other words a cuckoo is a black bird with cuckoo added.
The black hens have two genes for non cuckoo and will pass one on to each offspring.
The cuckoo rooster only got one cuckoo gene from his cuckoo parent and one non cuckoo gene from the black parent.
He has one cuckoo gene and one non cuckoo gene. He will pass one or the other to every offspring so some will get cuckoo and be cuckoo and some will get the non cuckoo and be black.
Its a 50/50 shot so if you hatch a few chicks it can go either way but if you hatch a lot of chicks it averages out to about 1/2 and 1/2.
Make sense?

Black doesn't override cuckoo. If they get the cuckoo gene then they're cuckoo. If they are black they don't have the gene.
Cuckoo is sex linked so a hen only gets one gene. Either they get cuckoo and it shows or they don't have it.
They pass their gene to their sons only. Nothing to their daughters.
Males can have no genes or two genes or one gene and one non gene.
If they have none they pass none. If they have two they pass one to every offspring making every offspring cuckoo.
If they have one and one non then its an either or.

Now the chicks are 75% black maran and 25% Cuckoo maran

I hope this makes more sence i just dont know how to explain it

I understand exactly what you're saying but colors/patterns don't work like that.
It's not like mixing paint or crossing dog breeds.
Colors/patterns are what they are determined by what genes they have not by %s of what created them.

Now the chicks are 75% black maran and 25% Cuckoo maran
No. The chicks are 100% Maran. As in the breed.
Half the chicks will be black, the other half will be cuckoo. Simple as that :)
A Maran is a Maran is a Maran. Maran is the breed. Black and Cuckoo are colors, not different breeds.
