Question about hand-feeding

I have another sick hen that maybe I've caught in time. I have her on Sulmet. I've syringed water into her several times today and have fed a little egg/yogurt mix once. She's accepting the water fine. Food's okay but I haven't given her much. How often should I do this? Should I feed her as much as she'll eat at one time? I've got some crumbles soaking now and thought I'd try those soon. I can do more yogurt but again, how much?

When I have a sick chicken I try to get them to eat as much as they want of normal food, I also feed them

this mix

1 cooked egg (boiled)
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons of yogert
3-4 tablespoons of dry oats

they love this stuff and its good for them
