Question about introducing new chicks to an existing flock

I have 8 Buff O. Hens currently and just purchased 3 Black Sex Links and 3 Silver Laced Wyandotte's today. I am wondering what the best way and time is to introduce them to the flock. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

at night, while most people lately have been talking 5 weeks old, I venture to say the longer the better, I plan on keeping mine in till 8 weeks at least. They have a better ability to stand up for themselves and get a good start IMO.
