I have four chicks that I purchased from the mixed bantam bin at my local feed store. They are eight weeks old. Two are silkies but I have no idea about the other two. I'm trying to figure out the breed of one of my little guys. He looks exactly like this picture of a Japanese Buff Tailed Bantam except that the skin on his legs are gray http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_bantam#mediaviewer/File:Japanese_Bantam_cockerel.jpg. Do Japanese Bantams ever have gray skin? I need to figure out what breed he is so that I can try to find him a home if he turns out to be a rooster (I am almost certain that he is). I would greatly appreciate any input.

We would really need a picture of your chicken instead if the one on Wikipedia!
I do believe that they are supposed to have yellow legs.
They also have large red combs and wattles, and stout little bodies, and very large tails.
