My question is my silkie is setting on two fertile eggs, when they hatch do I need to move the other two silkies(one hen and one rooster) out or will they be ok in the coop and run togather? This is my first hatch from a broody. They have been raised togather and get alone great.

I would move the mama and the chicks out. The other hen and rooster could or will kill the chicks if you don't. I've read to many threads where that has happened and you shouldn't put your mama hen in the position to have to defend her babies if she doesn't have to.

I've never had a problem with my silkies bothering new babies. I've had some hatched in the coop and some i've put in with the hen after a few days and they have always been great with them. I'd watch them for a little while but things should be fine. The rooster will probably start feeding them when they are a little older, mine always does.
They never bother any new hen i add to the flock.

i dont think she'll let anything happen to the chicks. when hens are broody, they're kinda mean and protective
lol
so i think they'll be ok

Last week when my banty hatched her foster babies, I put her/them in a rabbit cage on the floor with one end open. That way she can get them all in the closed end when the others come in for the night. During the day they all free-range, and she won't let anyone in the coop - including me!
