I have noticed that my Fire wont work too well outside this summer. (wont be able to see the screen :/ )
If i buy the cheaper $79 Kindle to use this summer outside, how can i transfer some of my books from my Fire?
Thanks!

I used the free kindle for PC app for a long time before purchasing my kindle keyboard. All I had to do was turn the wireless on and it synced all of the books that I had on my PC to my kindle. I had a lot on there, so it took a couple of minutes. You can also go to your amazon account and send them to your new device from there. Login and go to manage your kindle.

Yeah- they will automatically be there on your next device in the "cloud". I love my kindle fire. The whole family has started buying them.

In a single word answer to OP--"yes". As long as a set of Kindles are in the same name you can read every book that is in your library on all. One of the things you have to be careful of when you order a Kindle for a gift is to make sure you remove your name from it so the new owner can register it as theirs.
