question about lockdown

hello! i have 8 scovy eggs that will be going into lockdown in a little over a week. i wanted to know does it matter what time i start lockdown relative to when i first put them in the incubator?

I put mine on lockdown when I wake up on that day. So it doesnt matter when you do it.
