Question about losing feathers.....

My suspected barred EE, Casper, is now 4 months and a week old. And she seems to be losing feathers. She is growing feathers still in some places, but feathers are everywhere! I have not seen bald spots or irritation anywhere. Could it be stress? Is this normal?

Chickens change plumage 3-4 times before on year of age....no worries.
