Question about metronidazole powder for blackhead

Should I treat them all with the metronidazole too? Also, what is the paste dewormer rate for bantams?
Since you originally stated that you're dealing with blackhead, treat for that first. Then worm your birds. A small "pea" size amount of the oxibendazole for your bantams will work.
Are you sure that you're birds even have blackhead, and the one that died most likely died due to worms?

Here is a 250 g container of metronidazole powder. It states that amount will make 12-14 gallons of treated water, and recommends a dose of 4 teaspoons per gallon for 7 days: http://www.foyspigeonsupplies.com/medications/canker-products/1309-metronidazol-flagyl
I hope that helps. The dewormer dosage of Valbazen or Safeguard liquid for Bantams is .25 cc oral dose for each bird. Dose once then again 10 days later.

X2. I would also treat the Histomoniasis (Blackhead) first.

The one that died had the typical blackhead poop with the yellow cheesy nitrates. None of the others show any symptoms. Also, I did find a roundworm in some poop this morning.

The metronidazole powder that I have is 100%, so I should just be able to give them 250mg of the powder. I can make it into a paste and give it to them on some bread. Again, what is the dosage for bantams?

They might reject it since metronidazole is very bitter. For a bantam, 100mg would be the dosage. Next time get Aviotrich tabs http://www.foyspigeonsupplies.com/medications/canker-products/2513-aviotrich-tablets . They are much easier to administer, and you can ensure each one gets the required dose.
