Question about misting duck eggs?

I believe that you should NOT mist if your air cells are too small....here is a good explanation....

My air cells aren’t as large as I like (humidity is as low as I can make it). I stumbled across this thread about whether or not misting would reduce air cells... but it seems to have conflicting info (Sally Sunshine recommends not to do it, however the thread she linked seems to give conflicting information??)?


Does anyone know if misting helps to reduce the air cell size? It seems like it would since it would be cooling, however I’m not sure if there’s something I’m missing.
