question about molting

My welsummer looks like she has new growth of gray feathers
In areas all over. Now her feathers look a little shaggy. I was wondering if she is molting. She has stopped laying eggs. Second day with no egg. She is feb 24th she was 5 months old. It is towards the end of winter.

Chickens usually molt in August when the days go shorter. Check for mites.
