Question about my peahen

While I was at a local auction I saw this hen and decided to try my hand with peafowl since ive been dying for a pair. First I would like to confirm that she is a hen. And can anyone tell me what color this hen is? I have no idea about her background. Thanks!

Yes, it's a hen! You know you are also gonna need a male to have a pair.

Look for atleast a 1 year old cock if you want them to breed next year. They don't start breeding until they are 2.

She looks like a white eyed hen. Cant' quite tell what the color is from the picture.

The male is a Java or a high percentage spalding that right there is a great score! The hen looks kinda like a Pied Opal but I am just guessing on the hen...
