Definately talk to the McMurray staff they are pretty helpful. I've bought from them before and have been pretty happy with them.
Just a bit of info my mentor gave me concerning getting chicks in cold weather.
Give them warm water first with sugar in the water. I use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. He said to let them have that for the first couple of hours then feed them. He also said it works if you do not have electrolites. I mix my own.
I got some chilled chicks from a different hatchery and had 55% loss. Since I started giving the warm water and sugar regardless of the season I haven't had any trouble.
