Question about outside temps. Please help!

At what age can chicks move outside to the coop without supplemental heat and 35 to 40 degree weather at night?

If it's that chilly it's best to wait until they're about 6-8 weeks old and fully feathered. Although if you have a nice warm spot for them they could probably handle it earlier.
 
Well if you start at 95 degrees and drop 5 degrees per week. Technically, they should be 12 weeks before they could be in 30 degrees weather.
