Question about Polish (golden lace) color

The white tips are normal. They are from the pin feathers that the polish have in the mops on thier heads. I have the fawn, the silver, the golden and the golden laced. Your bird is spectacular, so do not worry. You can give them "harcuts" too. Just grap them by the head and have someone cut the feathers above the eyes. They really do appreciated this. BTY your polish are also "bearded".

Here are the photos the lady sent me when I desided to buy the birds. They are recent photos, just not taken at my home. I have only had them home about 2 days.

Kramer (he came with the name and I loved it..so kept it.

Im very sure that the white is not from the pen feathers.. it is actually white feathers.. I will get photos tomarrow inbetween thunder stoms.

I have a question about the top hat.. in the below photo I stole off the web (he he he ) You can see the feathers are shorter and tighter to the head..
In my birds they look like they have been in an Iowa wind storm.. Whitch is correct? or does it matter?

WOW.. I can really see the diffrance between your rooster and mine.. I like yours better.. I know nothing about Polish, learning.. but the red on mine and the long feathers just didn't look right to me. I see your rooster and he has no red, and shorter feathers.. he makes more sence to me.. Love him.. so how much for a rooster like that? LOL... I dont' like my rooster anymore..
