I recently found out I'm pregnant and was wondering if there were any other precautions I need to take when in the coop. Currently I have 33 chickens and 2 ducks currently.

Check with your doctor. I personally would not handle any sick birds and would let someone else clean the coop, but as far as feeding, watering, collecting eggs and so forth I would continue to do so as long as you use good sanitation measures, which everyone should do pregnant or not.

When I was pregnant, I was not supposed to handle sick birds or clean out the coop (so I wasn't exposed to airborne toxins). I also had to wash my hands a lot. Other than that, my doc had no worries.
