Question about rcom 20 pro - automatic or not?

I was lucky enough to get a rcom pro for xmas!!

I've got it already

so I'll be looking to fill the 'bator with some lovely banty eggs on wednesday

My question is, do you all use the automatic setting for chickens with good results, or do you set your own?

I'm putting in some BF silkies, BF orps & some mixes of the two, if that changes things at all?
