Question about sand

Thank you all for your help! I feel a bit relieved now. A place right down the street had it for $20 a ton, I was thinking, awesome! OH! $40 delivery charge.

Yeah, Delivery charges are getting high for dirt and sand, but then again so is the price of gas!

Exactly, and I believe that's why is so high. This place is like 2 miles from me too!

I dont know about Michigan, but where I live if you have, or know someone with a truck you can pick up by the pick-up load from some suppliers. May be able to get less than a ton that way if you wanted as well.

They let me know this morning that I can totally do this. YAY!
