I've been using the cracked corn scratch as a treat for my girls for a long time. But a few days ago I notice at TSC that the whole corn was cheaper than my regular scratch. So that's what I bought. Switching them over won't hurt them will it?

Be wary of deer corn for poultry. There is usually a reason that it's cheaper than feed corn. Read the label carefully for aflatoxin or mycotoxin test results.

But as for feeding whole corn it's fine. As a treat in sparing amounts if you're feeding regular layer feed or as a supplement if you're using a higher protein feed. I use a lot of it myself.
